The installation is also straightforward using just a spanner and torque wrench to tighten the high tensile steel or stainless steel tie bars. With fewer tie bars than flange holes and the tie bars acting as flange jointing bolts the process is speeded up but still offers a secure, rigid, fully end load resistant system with a pressure rating equal to that of the flange.
Dismantling joints are particularly suitable for simplifying the installation and removal of all kind of valves, pumps and flanged pipes and fittings. Typical applications include pumping stations, water treatment works, sewage treatment w o r k s , p l a n t r o o m s , m e t e r chambers, power generation equipment and gas distribution stations.
Flanges can be drilled to suit various international standards like ISO, DIN, BS and ANSI for pressure classes PN 10, PN 16, PN 25 and PN 40
